FTSE-listed Ladbrokes Coral Plc has confirmed the appointment of Annemarie Durbin as a Non-Executive Director to it business.

Durbin a thirty-year banking and international business executive will advise the newly formed Ladbrokes Coral board as the newly merged company looks expand its services internationally.

Durbin has prior governance advisory experience, as she currently serves as a non-executive director to WHSmith and Santander Bank UK.

Ladbrokes Coral further announced that Durbin would join the firm’s Audit, Remuneration, Social Responsibility and Nomination Committees.

Commenting on the advisory appointment, John Kelly, Chairman of Ladbrokes Coral Group, stated:

“With the completion of the merger and the creation of Ladbrokes Coral, we have set out in creating a board with the relevant experience and expertise to help us deliver the many opportunities we see for this business.
