Job Cut-Offs In East Peoria Riverboat Casino Due To Decline In Revenues

Boyd Gaming Corp., the parent company of Par-A-Dice Hotel and Casino, had to lay off about 3 percent of its riverboat casino in East Peoria employees this week, amounting to 18 full and part-time employees. A further change in the number can depend on if the offers for other positions at the properties are accepted. The reason for the cut-offs is the decline in revenue.
