VSoftCO has announced Chris Davies as the firms new CEO, following six months spent working on a consultancy basis.
Reporting directly to the board, the virtual games providers detail that Davies is to take on full operational responsibilities within the company.
Amongst those responsibilities will be to oversee the implementation of all software, developing the range of services and ensuring that commercial targets are exceeding.
Davies said of his new appointment: “I am delighted to be joining VSoftCo at this pivotal time. Our core product ensures we are ideally situated to take advantage of the global expansion in sports betting in World Cup year.
“VSoftCo has a unique advantage in its real-time rendering engine and we will be seeking to exploit that, and our other exciting developments, to widen our appeal in the sector. I am fortunate to be able to build on the work done by the previous dedicated and highly capable team.
“We are also working alongside our key partners Vermantia and Kiron Interactive to ensure we can provide a seamless market-leading portfolio of virtual sports. I am very grateful to Scott and the other Directors for their confidence in me.”
During his six months spent in a consultancy role, the company details that the benefits of his work is set to be showcased shortly, with the development of the first real time on-demand virtual game due to be launched at next months ICE London.

Davies brings in excess of 30 years experience within multinational companies, most notably as CEO of Webtech, where he was responsible for growing the software development company into an innovative iGaming software supplier.
