Unibet has been recognized as one of Malta’s top employers by research undertaken by commercial enterprise organization ‘Business Leaders Malta’.
The Stockholm-listed betting operator’s Malta division earn a ‘best in category’ title following a study researching seven key employee and management criteria.
The study researched factors relating to; employee development, leadership, HR structures, policies, team building corporate communications and wellbeing.
Officials at Business Leaders Malta stated that its study aimed to unveil ‘factors that employees are happy with and thus motivated by and which aspects of their work environment they would like to see improved in order to reach their full potential.’
Winning the ‘best in category’ title sees Unibet join top Maltese corporate employers Microsoft and Browns Pharmaceuticals. The Business Leaders Malta were awarded on the 11 May.
