VsoftCo strengthens its relationship with Sheffield United FC

VsoftCo has undertaken a week of motion capture filming at Sheffield United Football Club, to continue the development of its Fantastic League virtual games portfolio.

Westbury, Sheffield UnitedThe motion capture work carried out by VsoftCo, a software development company in the global virtual sports market, focused on developing new sequences to be incorporated into its Real Time rendered football game.

The company also filmed new events with professional footballers to add more realism to the virtual game, including the use of red cards and player injuries which allows additional bet markets for the customers.

Earlier this month, VsoftCo teamed up with Striker creator Pete Nash to launch VStriker. The game is powered by real-time football animation technology, and features motion capture technology sourced from professional footballers at Sheffield United.
