Updating the market, London-listed igaming firm Jackpotjoy Plc (formerly Intertain Group Canada) has confirmed the appointment of Jason Holden as its Director of Investor and Public Relations.

Holden joins newly LSE listed Jackpotjoy from investment bank and brokerage firm Liberum Capital, where he served as Gaming & Technology Industry Analyst (2015-2017). Holden has further experience in technology investing and PR having he held research analyst roles at Deutsche Bank, Bank of America and Cenkos Securities.

Reporting directly to new Jackpotjoy CEO Andy McIver and CFO Keith Laslop, Holden will be responsible for communicating the newly LSE-listed firm’s position to the UK investment community.

“We are delighted that Jason has chosen to join Jackpotjoy plc on the next stage of our journey,” Andy McIver commented on the appointment of Holden

“His acute knowledge of the gaming sector as well as his insight into the broader technology space will undoubtedly strengthen our team, and we look forward to working alongside him as we grow our corporate profile in the UK.”

Holden who will officially join Jackpoyjoy plc this April, commented on his new role; “I’m thrilled to be joining Jackpotjoy plc at this exciting time, and very much look forward to helping the company maintain and develop its relationships in the investment and business community.”
