Updating the market, London AIM-listed XLMedia has informed that it will extend its marketing services within the Romanian betting market, having been granted a Class 2 ONJN License by the Romanian National Gambling Office.
The licensing approval will allow XLMedia to complete its acquisition of publisher assets within the market. XLMedia governance updated investors detailing that the company had acquired website Ponturi-bune.ro, for a total consideration of approximately $1 million.
Moving forward, XLMedia will be allowed to advertise services and provisions of Romanian licensed online gambling operators.
