Updating the market, Isle of Man and Philippines-based online sportsbook 12BET has moved to expand its sports sponsorship portfolio by securing terms to become an ‘Official Sponsorship Partner’ of the Badminton World Federation (BWF) 2017 World Championships.
The ‘Total BWF World Championships’ will be hosted this upcoming 21-17 August at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow Scotland. Professional badminton’s premier championship event, the BWF World Championships’ hosts the sports leading male, female and doubles players.
As an official partner of the championships, the 12BET brand will gain high visibility placement throughout the Emirates Arena and in press areas.
“We are delighted to add the BWF World Championships to our growing sports sponsorship portfolio; it is a huge event that will be broadcast in several of our key target markets,” 12BET spokesman Rory Anderson commented
Anderson informed that its BWF partnership had been brokered by Infront Sports & Media agency.
Thomas Lund, the Secretary General of the BWF, welcomed 12Bet as partner: “This tournament is the highlight of the 2017 season, bringing together badminton’s most accomplished players. It will be watched keenly by millions globally and will offer significant worldwide exposure for the 12BET brand.”
