Racing Post launches Tipster service for ‘all levels’ of punters

The Racing Post has announced the launch of its ‘Horseracing Tipster’ product, a new service seeking to better inform punters of all levels of experience and knowledge with regards to race bets.

Its new product collates a variety of ‘stats and tips from valued Racing Post’ data to provide a stream of bet-prompting content on upcoming races’. Racing Post details that its Tipster service will provide real time quality information for both experienced and complete novice punters.

The HTML5 developed Tipster service is powered by the Racing Post API and can run on multiple devices. The Racing Post will make its Tipster product available within partner bookmaker stores, which will host the service on large HD screens.

Utilising its Tipster service, betting shop customers will now be able to gain vital information on the following race criteria:

  • Race Info
  • Racecard
  • Key Stats
  • Racing Post Spotlight selection
  • Racing Post Predictor
  • Newspaper Tips
  • Bet Prompts selected from: Ahead of the handicapper, course jockey, course trainer, horses for courses, hot jockey, hot trainer, most napped, most tipped, post-data selection, RPR selection, seven-day winners, trainers & jockeys, travellers’ check.

The Tipster also provides space for bookmakers and racecourses to place marketing, special offers or information that will scroll through with the bet prompts and the bar at the bottom of the screen can be customised to show operator logos and a further marketing message.
