Argyll marks new NFL season with RedZoneSports.bet launch

Argyll Entertainment has marked the launch of the new NFL season by relaunching its US sports themed offering, www.redzonesports.bet, a bespoke British bookmaker for US sports.

The launch comes just a few weeks after the online sports betting group switched its BetOnBrazil.com brand to SportNation.bet, to form a ‘stronger connection’ with its new media partner SportNation.com.

Operating off the SBTech platform, RedZoneSports.bet will not only provide its UK customers with traditional European sports betting markets, but also the tightest margins and highest limits for major US competitions such as the NFL, NHL, NBA and MLB.

The company’s Director of Trading Stephen Baumohl commented: “The pricing of US sports in the UK is pretty defensive with most operators following the line from Vegas. But we believe in setting our own lines and we’re prepared to back that up by having high limits for all our customers.”

“We want to offer our customers unique markets that they can take an opinion on, rather than the traditional computerized derivative, so if for example, there’s a particular team or player rivalry heading into a game, we want to create a special market for it.”

Brand Director Warren Llambias added: “Whether it’s our supersized limits, the chance to hang out with our RedZone cheerleaders at the game or tickets to our Thanksgiving party in November, we want to bring some American Razzmatazz to our customer’s gaming experience both in terms of our trading philosophy and our customer engagement initiatives.”

Stuart Tilly, CEO of Argyll Entertainment and a speaker on the US Sports panel at next week’s Betting on Sports conference, said: “The burgeoning popularity of US sports in the UK is unquestionable.

“There are four sell-out NFL games in London this season and we expect the league to have a permanent London team within the next five years. Our aim is to capitalize on the growing fan base and become the number one entertainment destination for punters who wish to bet on the sport.”

Alongside Tilly, the US Sports panel at #boscon2017 will feature Digital Sports Tech Executive Director Ari Lewski, Trading Consultant Jon Thompson and Meir Moses, VP of Business Development for Don Best Sports. Click here for the full conference agenda.
