London-listed online gambling group Jackpotjoy Plc has confirmed the appointment Andria Vidler as a new Non-Executive Director advising company governance.
Vidler is the current Chief Executive of business media and data publisher Centaur Media Group and is set advise Jackpotjoy governance on future enterprise and digital development strategies.
Vidler has further media executive experience having worked as Chief Marketing Officer of Bauer Media and as Managing Director of Emap’s Magic Radio UK.
Confirming the appointment, Neil Goulden, Executive Chairman of Jackpotjoy, said: “We are delighted Andria has agreed to join the Board. We are excited to be able to draw on her wealth of experience in developing businesses in the media and marketing space, particularly her strong track record of creating technology and digital solutions to engage with consumers and drive loyalty.”
Jackpotjoy expects to appoint Vidler as a new non-executive director following its upcoming corporate general meeting on 7 June 2018, with Vidler further set to take a seat at the firm’s corporate remuneration committee.
