Updating the market, industry technology and software provider BetConstruct has confirmed that its services and operations have been granted two ‘Class I licences’ by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).

The approved MGA C1 licences will allow BetConstruct, to expand its casino and games services and technology provisions for licensed Maltese operators, servicing European-wide igaming markets.

Further to its update, BetConstruct reveals that legacy partner VBET will become its first client to operate under a Malta C1 licence.

Karine Kocharyan, BetConstruct Head of Licensing and Certification, commented on the update:

“Class I Remote Gaming licences granted by the Malta Gaming Authority to BetConstruct is yet another step forward for our company in securing a full package of gaming products offered in the regulated European market. Coupled with our current MGA licences for Sports Betting and Controlled Skill Games, the newly obtained Casino licences are opening up added alternatives for our customers, who enjoy using our gaming products.

To date, BetConstruct has operated under the provisions of a Malta MGA class 4 license, allowing the technology group to provide remote gaming services for licensed operators.

“Additionally, it is an excellent opportunity for our partners to use our fully- fledged white label offerings through one skin, keeping in mind that Class III licence for Poker is also coming soon.”
