Vegas Kings hand-picked for Sunbet.co.za design and development

Vegas Kings, the web design and development agency that caters exclusively for the iGaming industry, has been hand-picked by South Africa’s Sun International, for implementing the design and development of the new sportsbook for its Sunbet brand, Sunbet.co.za.

Selected due to an “advanced knowledge and expertise in sports betting UX/UI design,” the move follows multi-year agreements signed with both Bede Gaming and Kambi, related to the provisions of sportsbook and technology services.

Ashley Adir, CEO of Vegas Kings, commented: “We were asked not to stray too far away from the old look and feel, to create a new fresh and vibrant sports betting site under extremely tight deadlines, which we feel we have accomplished.

“Designing and developing a new site as big as Sunbet took a lot of focus with fine attention to detail in order to get it to the level that we and Sun International are accustomed too.

“We are appreciative that Sunbet trusted the Vegas Kings Agency and we thoroughly enjoyed the working process with all the various teams involved.”

The South African sportsbook is to encapsulate a variety of fresh features and rewards to entice existing and new players, such as action bets, with the live in-play feature described as a “first in South Africa”.

Furthermore, the adoption of live in-play events results in customers having access to in excess of 100,000 events annually, meaning punters will see increased betting opportunities as well as having more markets to bet on.

Customers can also make use of an enhanced cash out feature, with a fresh set of rewards, including odds and profit boosts, designed to raise the sports betting experience and making it more rounded and rewarding.

Martin Sack, Group Manager for Online Business Development at Sun International, added: “Vegas Kings have assisted Sunbet in creating an exciting upgrade to its sportsbook offering. The new Sunbet site is world class by any standard and it was a pleasure working with such skilled design professionals”.
