August, 2018Betway have penned a three-year-deal with Dusseldorf to become the Bundesliga side’s official betting partner up to and including the 2020/21 season.

Promoted from the second tier of German football last season and officially known as Fortuna Düsseldorf, the club will now have the leading online bookmaker as their official betting partner for the next three years.

Betway has been the principal sponsor of English Premier League side West Ham United since 2015 and have further partnerships with fellow Bundesliga outfit Werder Bremen, Belgian First Division A club Anderlecht, Italian Serie A giants AS Roma and three La Liga clubs, Deportivo Alaves, C.D. Leganés and Levante U. D.

Betway’s Antony Werkman said: “It’s been a very busy summer at Betway. Following three deals with La Liga clubs in Spain and AS Roma in Italy, we’ve today strengthened our hand in the German market by partnering with Dusseldorf.

“It’s an exciting time for the club, having just been promoted to the Bundesliga, and we’re really pleased to have come on board as they look to build on last season’s success.”
