Risk mitigation sees Rightlander launch first US compliance tool

Ian Sims – Rightlander

Industry marketing compliance developer Rightlander has announced the launch of its first US-centric tool, the ‘Premium Risk Mitigation Report – PRMP’, which will allow US incumbents to identify affiliate partners promoting unlicensed online casino brands within individual states.

A first of its kind function for US stakeholders, PRMP is designed to strengthen operator compliance marketing capacities within a disrupted US gambling marketplace post-PASPA.

As Rightlander founder Ian Sims explains: “The US market presents tremendous opportunities for online casino operators as more states regulate the activity. But operators must ensure they work with reputable affiliates; if they don’t, they put their licenses at risk of being revoked.”

Founded in 2017, Rightlander has developed a number of industry advertising compliance tools/components, such as – ‘affiliate site scanner’, PPC brand bidding tool’ and a ‘multi-geo compliance tracker’, supporting industry marketing teams meet new regulatory demands.

To date, the start-up software provider has worked on compliance led projects with s tier1 operators GVC, LeoVegas, Unibet, bwin and bgo in regulated markets including the UK, Sweden and now the USA.

“As we have seen in other markets around the world, affiliates will play a significant role in driving new player sign-ups and ultimately revenues,” Sims continued. “The Rightlander Premium Risk Mitigation Report allows operators to quickly and easily identify affiliates that are promoting unlicensed brands in each state they are active.”
