US agenda sees Kindred Group deepen SG Digital systems partnership
Nasdaq-listed Scientific Games Corporation (SGC) confirms that it’s online gambling technology subsidiary SG Digital will power the US online casino platform and systems provisions of Stockholm-listed Kindred Group Plc.
Updating the market, SG Digital informs that Kindred has selected its Open Gaming System (OGS) and Open Platform System (OPS) as lead technology and content solution for its US market profile.
The announcement sees SG Digital extend its existing partnership with Kindred Plc, who in 2018 would launch its initial New Jersey state online gambling services utilsing OGS and OPS systems.
Manuel Stan, SVP USA at Kindred Group Plc, said: “Partnering with Scientific Games to bring world-class content and back-end functionality to New Jersey is a big win as U.S. iGaming gains traction. We’re excited to elevate the player experience in New Jersey using the OGS and OPS platforms.”
Kindred has established its US presence, securing an early digital services partnership with the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City (NJ), with the Stockholm enterprise further announcing the ‘Mohegan Sun Pocono‘ Pennsylvania-based casino as a further partner during Q1 trading this year.
