Betgenius strengthens European portfolio with 16 league’s
Genius Sports subsidiary Betgenius has extended its partnership with The Association of European Professional Football Leagues (European Leagues) continuing to act as lead supplier and distributor of betting data from the organisations’ sixteen competition partners.
The multi-league agreement, which began in 2017, will see the firm continue to work with European Leagues’ associated competitions, including Liga Portugal, Belgium’s ProLeague and the Dutch Eredivisie, until 2022. The extension will see Betgenius cover an additional 7,400 European football fixtures per season.
Genius Sports’ managing director Steven Burton, stated: “This expanded partnership with the European Leagues outlines our commitment to providing sports with a fair and transparent return from betting on their games.
“Each of the leagues included in this agreement has control over how their data is collected and distributed, affording vital visibility to safeguard their competitions.”
The agreement sees Betgenius, along with Sportradar and Stats Perform, become official betting data partners for all of the organisations 16 leagues.
Coupled with servicing official data partnerships with English Premier League, Serie A, English Football League and German Bundesliga, Betgenius furthers its portfolio of European league betting data services and provisions.

The sixteen football leagues’ included in the agreement are as follows:-

- Serbian Super Liga,
- Swedish Föreningen Elitfotboll|
- Swiss Football League.
