Buzz Bingo appoints MSG Partners to reconnect with customers

Buzz Bingo is set to overhaul its entire marketing strategy, appointing London-based MSQ Partners as its lead ‘integrated agency’ revitalising its media planning and brand profile.

A key strategic appointment, Buzz Bingo has tasked MSQ agencies with developing an effective high coverage marketing and communications strategy, letting bingo players across the country know that Buzz Bingo venues have reopened safely for business.

A ‘full service’ media group, MSG is formed by ten separate agencies specialising in all core marketing disciplines, including brand development, public relations, research-&-insights, digital strategy and retail engagement.

Buzz Bingo’s marketing overhaul will see MSG ‘Walk-In’ agency take control of the bingo operator’s media planning and buying account. Whilst, Buzz Bingo’s new brand and creative strategy will be led by MSG’s ‘The Gate’ agency.

Following a critical period in which Buzz Bingo has restructured its UK venues absorbing COVID-19 shocks, the bingo operator backs MSG to re-energise its ‘sense of community’ within its clubs.

Buzz Bingo points to the MSG’s proven track record of high engagement campaigns delivered for British Airways,  Coca-Cola, Peugeot and Nivea Men.

Rebecca Taylor, head of marketing and acquisition at Buzz Bingo, said: “At such a crucial time for our business, we’re delighted to bring MSQ on board. We were impressed with their creative and media model, and look forward to working with them to help celebrate the nation’s love of bingo.”
