Odds On Compliance appoints Mark Scrivo as tech lead

Odds On Compliance, a technology and consultancy firm specializing in sports betting, igaming, and gambling compliance and regulatory frameworks, has appointed Mark Scrivo as its new Chief Technology Officer.

A founder of Odds On Compliance along with CEO Eric Frank, Scrivo leads Development and Information Technology for the firm and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of business technology. He is currently leading the development of the firm’s regulatory and compliance technology platform.

Commenting on Scrivo’s appointment, CEO Eric Frank said: “I am delighted to have Mark as part of the Odds On team. He brings senior leadership experience from blue-chip, international brands to lead the development of our regulatory platform.

“Under Mark’s leadership, we will reinforce Odds On Compliance’s credentials as a leading technology business, specializing in regulatory and compliance services in the US and worldwide.”

“Odds On Compliance has an exciting future ahead and I am very pleased with the team, especially at such a pivotal time in the development of the industry and this business,” added Scrivo.

“There were many reasons why this role was so attractive for me, but principally it is to help fulfill Eric’s vision of using technology to simplify the complex regulatory landscape that exists in industries like sports betting, igaming, and gambling.”

Scrivo has been working in IT for the past 24 years specializing in application architecture, design, development, deployment, and the support of mission-critical systems.

From 2013 to 2021, he was a Principal Infrastructure Architect for General Electric (GE), working as a Senior Architect managing the design, build, and lifecycle for all GE Digital mobility solutions, digital workplace products, conditional access, and cyber security
