Betway commits further to UK racing with ‘sponsorship splash on the Flat!’

Betway has further strengthened its presence within UK racing by agreeing a set of deals with Jockey Club Racecourses, Arena Racing Company (ARC) and York Racecourse to retain its sponsorship of headline contests while extending its support to Newmarket and Haydock. 

New ventures on the Flat for the bookmaker include the listed Betway King Charles II Stakes on May 20and the Group 3 Betway Criterion Trophy on 1 July at Flat racing’s HQ.

Betway, who gained Authorised Betting Partner status last October, has also branched out to Haydock to sponsor the Group 3 John Of Gaunt Stakes on 10 June.

As well as covering new ground, the firm has renewed its backing of the Group 2 Betway Yorkshire Cup and Group 2 Betway Great Voltigeur at York, along with the traditional season starter, the Betway Lincoln.
