Craig S Billings
Updating the market, US Nasdaq-listed casino operator Wynn Resorts (Wynn) has confirmed the appointment of Craig S Billings as the firm’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Billings is set to officially join Wynn on 1 March, taking over the senior executive role from incumbent Stephen Cootey who left the company last month to ‘pursue personal projects’.
Reporting to Wynn governance, Billings will be charged with leading Wynn’s financing structure, ensuring corporate treasury duties and overseeing group fiscal planning and record keeping.
An industry veteran Billings has held a number of leadership positions at gaming technology and systems provider Aristocrat Gaming (2012-2015). Furthermore, Billings has served as an adviser to numerous gambling enterprises including Toronto TSX-listed NYX Gaming Group where he currently sits as a Member of the Board of Directors.
Filing an update with the US Nasdaq, win governance commented on the appointment of Billings “Mr. Billings is a highly respected veteran of both the gaming and banking industries, and brings extensive experience in business innovation to the company,”
