The U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee has put forward a draft called the Gaming Accountability and Modernization Enhancement Act (GAME Act) and if enacted it would abolish the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA) to allow sports betting both online and in the brick-and-mortar casino setting.
