New Jersey Calls Sports Betting Ban Unconstitutional

The state of New Jersey filed briefs with the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this week, over the legality of sports betting. New Jersey stated that the federal ban on sports betting is illegal, as it exceeds the authority of Congress; hence it is “manifestly unconstitutional.”
