Stockholm-listed online gambling operator Kindred Group Plc has confirmed the promotion of Fredrik Kjell to Chief Product Officer (CPO).
Kjell takes leadership of group product development, management and delivery from former incumbent Daniel Eskola, who this month departed Kindred’s executive team, joining industry software supplier Relax Gaming as new Chief Executive.
A Kindred senior executive since 2016, Kjell has previously served as group Head of Gaming, leading Kindred verticals for online poker, casino and bingo verticals.
During his tenure as Kindred Head of Gaming, Kjell was a key stakeholder in the development and delivery of the new Unibet mobile casino app (2016) and the expansion of Kindred’s casino suite games portfolio.
A seasoned industry executive, Kjell has held further senior product developments positions at NYX Gaming Group and Amaya Inc.
Kjell will be based out of Kindred Group’s Stockholm office, and will report duties to Kindred governance.
