Finnplay has expanded a deal to deliver betting entertainment for British football fans through sites operated by the FansBet network.
The Finland-based open gaming platform provider will be servicing a network of sports betting based fan sites, including Manchester United’s Redarmybet and Liverpool’s Redsbet.
The network, which has grown over the last twelve months to nearly one hundred fan sites, partners with supporters to give back half of their profits to specific causes and initiatives, using accredited, trusted and respected committees to decide where to best utilise the money.
During the registration phase, new account holders on FansBet sites are asked to identify the club they support, while they can nominate a specific trust or supporter group to be the beneficiary of funds.
On a quarterly basis, the accrued net profit is communicated to the relevant groups, who then have the empowerment to use those funds to make a difference in areas that matter most.
