Andreas Ternström – Scout Gaming

European B2B fantasy sports provider Scout Gaming is set to expand its services within the US market, partnering with Las Vegas-based real-time sports data and betting platform provider Metric Gaming.

Issuing a market update, Scout and Metric leadership confirm that a ‘reciprocal arrangement’ has been agreed on, with both parties gaining full access to each other product portfolio and provisions.

Entering the US market, Scout details that it will be able to better customise its games for individual US states utilising Metric systems and betting provisions such as its SuperLive betting API, and revamped pool betting system.

“We are experiencing interest from operators ready to launch a sportsbook offering in the United States as well as parties that have already launched,” said Scout Gaming CEO Andreas Ternström.

Metric Gaming has a world-class sportsbook which, like our platform, is based on the latest technology. Through the collaboration, a leading offer for the American market, where Metric Gaming resides, will be created. At the same time, ScoutGaming gets an even broader offering for the European market by gaining access to sports odds”

Both parties have confirmed that the partnership will run along on non-exclusive terms. However, Scout and Metric will work together to develop new games and products for US states.

Furthermore, Metric will become Scout’s lead US betting platform supplier. Providing sports betting inventory to Scout’s Betflex application.

Backing the agreement Metric Gaming’s CEO, Martin De Knijff commented: “We see great potential in the partnership with Scout Gaming since our products complement each other perfectly. To come up with a full-scale offering consisting of the two best products on the market is something I believe will be nothing short of successful,”
