Further developments see the UKGC add automated email and text alerts to its system informing participants on the progress of their licence applications being processed by the commission staff.

“This improved licence application service has been developed as part of our ongoing commitment to improving the way we regulate by simplifying, automating and digitising the licensing process.  We will automate more aspects of the personal licensing process by developing a new personal licence (PFL and PML) management and maintenance tool by the end of March 2019.” The UKGC informs in its update.

Closing its update, UKGC governance informs that all changes have been undertaken with a view of reviewing and assessing its applications more quickly.
