Following a competitive tender held by Lotto Brandenburg, SGC secures a five-year contract, which will see the technology group supply retail terminals and lottery management software services.

SGC details that it will upgrade Lotto Brandenburg retail points with a new suite of 700 next generation WAVE retail point terminals.

SGC has been providing Lotto Brandenburg with products and technology since 1996, including instant games, a lottery central system and instant game management services.

We are continually investing in technologies that innovate in the lottery retail environment. Our wave technology and our understanding of the German market have resulted in a great solution for Lotto Brandenburg,” stated Pat McHugh, Group Chief Executive of  Scientific Games Lotteries.

“We look forward to continuing our very successful partnership with Lotto Brandenburg with these new contracts.”

Deploying 80,000 wave terminals worldwide, Scientific Games details that its latest modernised revision features “classic sleek and ergonomic wave design and delivers improved performance and reliability”.

Furthermore, its new high definition touchscreen is designed to provide greater clarity, ease of use and speed of service.

“We’re honoured that Lotto Brandenburg selected Scientific Games technology, and we believe retailers and players will be very pleased with the overall retail experience,” commented Matthias Müller, MD of Germany at Scientific Games.
