Pragmatic Play builds up omni-channel capacity acquiring VSoftCo

Fast growth industry games developer Pragmatic Play has moved to strengthen its Virtual Sports capabilities and content by confirming the outright acquisition of VSoftCo Group.  

The undisclosed sum deal sees Pragmatic Play announces its second corporate acquisition, having taken control of live casino provider ‘Extreme Live Gaming’ in 2018 from Novomatic Group.

Updating the market, Pragmatic Play executive Yossi Barzely, Chief Business Development Officer, underlines that VSoftCo’s virtual assets and portfolio, have been acquired to build-up Pragmatic omni-channel capacities for a changing global gaming marketplace.

“We are very pleased to have completed this acquisition, an agreement that broadens our multi-product strategy and underlines our position as one of the iGaming industry’s premier and most forward-thinking providers’ Barzely details to investors.

“VSoftCo’s premier suite of virtual sports content speaks for itself, delivering a hugely popular array of products to operators all over the world, and we look forward to enhancing our offering to operators with their games and expertise via one single API.”

The deal will see Pragmatic takeover VSoftCo lead virtual sports supplier contracts for bookmakers Eurobet, Meridianbet, Nairabet, Sisal and Swissbet among others.

Closing its update, Pragmatic Play informs that it will display its new enlarged capacity at ICE 2019, which will include new live casino and bingo products, alongside its expanded 100 HTML5 slot titles.
