Singular appoints Rob Dowling to lead commercial drive
Strengthening its commercial capacity, Malta-based bespoke igaming and sports betting systems provider Singular has confirmed the appointment of Rob Dowling as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) heading up the firm’s B2B sales unit.
A seasoned industry executive, Dowling joins Singular’s senior management team from payment solutions provider emerchantpay Ltd, where he formerly lead the payment firm’s commercial development for the igaming sector.
In his remit as B2B commercial lead, Dowling will lead the development of Singular’s growth strategy across multiple diverse jurisdictions.

The company is not following trends and players’ demands, but shaping the industry. Further industry experience sees Dowling having formerly served as Chief Commercial Officer of ‘next generation’ industry games developer Ganapati Malta and Regional Sales lead for industry technology group EveryMatrix Ltd.
Backing Dowling’s appointment, Darko Gacov, Singular’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, details: “Robert has won over the board with his deep knowledge about the industry, as well as proven skills, not only for sales, but also leadership capacity to implement and guide new operational processes among the 4 Singular offices in Skopje, Tbilisi, Valletta, and the newest one in Tallinn”.
