Fitzdares bets big on ‘industry-first’ live chat app engagement

Private bookmaker Fitzdares has announced an ‘industry-first’ bolstering its customer service capacity by launching a ‘built-in live chat function’ supporting its mobile betting app.

The premium bookmaker, details ‘a game-changing service’ for its members, delivering a centralised hub to check prices, place bets or even ask for an opinion/advice from the Fitzdares trading team all from within the app.

The launch of the live chat function, sees Fitzdares continue its focus of delivering personalised betting experiences for its patrons, having also been the first bookmaker to launch text betting.
