Stats Perform secures Argentine Football Association deal

Stats Perform will bring a more immersive betting experience to global fans of Argentinian football after striking a five-year deal with the Argentine Football Association (AFA) for the rights to global betting video and data across the body’s major competitions.

This includes the headline Superliga Argentina, as well as the Copa Superliga Argentina, Argentina Cup and Recopa Argentina. 

Under the agreement, Stats Perform will collect and distribute official  data and Watch&Bet video streams for over 600 matches per season to licensed global sportsbook operators.

The new deal, said Stats Perform, demonstrates the AFA’s commitment to growing its global appeal and providing a best-in-class betting experience.

The AFA live streams join over 100 other competitions in the Watch&Bet portfolio for Stats Perform – a new business entity created this summer when Stats completed the acquisition of Perform Group, absorbing the assets of OPTA, RunningBall and Watch&Bet.

Watch&Bet offers round-the-clock coverage of sports including football, tennis, basketball, cricket, rugby and ice hockey. The video and accompanying deep data is distributed to regulated operators for use in online, mobile and land-based sportsbooks and maintains the highest integrity standards.
