  • Professional services such as assistance building a D&I strategy

The programme is free for both ‘Supporters and Bosses’ and sees its members support the personal and professional development of another member.

AiDP underlines that its new scheme is based on ‘encouragement, accountability, constructive feedback, openness, mutual trust, respect and a willingness to learn and share’. Discussions will be centred on talent development and furthering career/business progression, delivering new staff competencies that can also be used to help support further corporate objectives.

“From being new to a project, returning to work after a period of absence, supporting longer-term career planning or wanting to improve performance in specific areas, all topics can be discussed” – AiDP  details.

Launching its Membership Programme in beta, AiDP offers a 50% discount to industry incumbents that sign up between now and 1st January 2020. You can sign up the Allin website at wwww.allindiversityproject.com
