BetConstruct’s Live Casino games get MGA approval

Soft Construct (Malta) Limited, trading as BetConstruct, has secured approval from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) to supply Live Casino games to MGA licensed operators and B2C customers.

Malta, said BetConstruct, is one of the key jurisdictions for gaming. It explained that the latest certification “powers the company to extend its scope of operation by offering a unique live casino to both local operators and those who also work under the approval from MGA”.

“The long-awaited accreditation granted by the Authority widens the path of our operation and the outcomes are yet to be enjoyed,” added Karine Kocharyan, Head of Licensing and Certification at BetConstruct. “Still, this milestone is another firm step made to strengthen our Live Casino and its game development that sees no limits in inspiration and creativity.”

This latest Live Casino accreditation will allow BetConstruct to provide its partners with another key vertical for running a successful igaming business across different regions.

The Armenia-based company is licensed to offer all four game types through the MGA for both B2B – Soft Construct trading as BetConstruct – and B2C, for which Vivaro Limited is trading as Vbet.

For BetConstruct, this covers games of chance played against the house determined by a random generator (casino and virtuals), games against the house not determined randomly (fixed odds sportsbook), peer to peer games (poker) and skill games (fantasy sports).

Earlier this month, BetConstruct earned approval from the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) to provide betting on virtual events.

This licence, said Kocharyan, allows the company to forge important partnerships with third-party content providers to deliver virtual sports through its platform.

She continued: “The approval from UKGC to offer betting on virtual events is another step forward for enlarging the portfolio for our UK customers. This license is also a good opportunity for us to strengthen the ongoing partnerships with our suppliers, and engage in new ones.”
