UK racetrack operator Arena Racing Company (ARC) has moved to expand its corporate leadership team confirming the appointments of Bradley Hunt as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and Alex Slade as General Counsel.

Both executives will serve in new roles within a restructured company, forming part of the new ARC senior management team

A seasoned financial lead within the Entertainment sector, Hunt is the former Finance Director of Collinson Group, provider of corporate loyalty programs. Further executive experience has seen Hunt lead financial departments for Cinime, Pias Entertainment Group and Rapp Ltd.

In his new remit, Bradley will oversee all financial affairs of the company and its subsidiary units.

Strengthening its governance and legal affairs departments, ARC confirms the appointment of Alex Slade as new General Counsel joining the company from Eleven Sports Network where he formerly served as Head of Legal.

In addition to his executive experience, Slade currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the British Judo Association and is an Advisory Board member of leading international legal publication, LawInSport.

Elsewhere within the ARC senior management team, Corporate Development Director Kevin Robertson has been appointed Managing Director (Media and International).  Robertson’s responsibilities will include product delivery to online and international partners, as well as management of ARC subsidiaries including Vermantia and i-neda.

ARC Chief Executive Martin Cruddace commented on the appointments: “The appointments of Bradley and Alex represent a significant step forward for ARC as an organisation, as we position ourselves for sustainable, long term growth.

“They will both bring significant strengths and experience to our senior management team, which will be of huge benefit across all areas of the company.  We are always striving to approach future challenges head-on and these recent appointments, along with the now complete restructure, will allow us to do this.”
