Clive Hawkswood joins beBettor as non-executive director

Clive Hawkswood, the Chair of Responsible Affiliates in iGaming (RAiG) has been named as a non-executive director of responsible gambling software services provider beBettor.

Hawkswood will join the company at a time when affordability checks have been prioritised by the UKGC, especially during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Hawkswood will bring his experience of the iGaming industry to support beBettor’s Single Customer View offering. His experience will also ensure that beBettor’s flagship Affordability Check product can be rolled out to operators.

beBettor Affordability Checks provide additional data to assist operators to tailor customer interaction to the individual and protect customers from gambling related harms associated with spending beyond their means.

The beBettor Affordability Check also identifies those most at risk, such as those on the bankruptcy or insolvency registers, to safeguard those who need it most.
