Wesley Taylor joins Crucial Compliance as non-exec director

Responsible gaming and AML strategy specialist Crucial Compliance has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Wesley Taylor as a Non-Executive Director.

Under the new role, Taylor’s main responsibility will be financial oversight and governance, as well as advising on sustainable growth strategies.

Commenting on his new role, Taylor said: “I am delighted to join the board of Crucial Compliance. I have watched with interest over the last few months as the company has rapidly established itself as one of the leading authorities in the delivery of regulatory and corporate responsibility and compliance solutions.

“Joining the company at such an exciting stage in its development is a very exciting proposition, and I’m delighted to lend my support and oversight as the company continues to expand.”

Crucial Compliance has lauded the new appointment as a ‘strong strategic addition’ to the team, praising Taylor’s ‘extensive experience’ at companies within the aeronautical industry within the systems and weapons division of EMI.

Prior to joining Crucial Compliance, Taylor lso held positions at British Airways and a major banking group in the Isle of Man to manage their Isle of Man Aero Financing Division.
