GVC joins AiDP ranks to promote workplace diversity and inclusion

FTSE100 GVC Holdings Plc has become a member of the All-in Diversity Project (AIDP) – a non-profit that provides industry stakeholders counsel and guidance on improving standards related to corporate diversity, equality and inclusion.

GVC will become the latest tier-1 global operator to take AiDP membership, joining fellow publicly-listed betting counterparts Flutter Entertainment, Betsson AB and Kindred Group Plc

The partnership will see GVC participate in AiDP’s ongoing research tracking global data on the industry’s workforce make-up through its ‘All-in Index’ report and through further collaborations.

In becoming an AiDP member, Shay Segev – GVC CEO – issued the following statement: “As a global employer, GVC is committed to providing a safe, fun, and inclusive culture where our people feel like they truly belong.

“We are a multicultural business that values, celebrates and respects individual differences, so whatever your sexuality, gender, gender identity, ability, age, race, religion or belief, you will have a voice here, and the space to do your best work.

“We look forward to working with our partners to make our industry a more inclusive environment.”

In 2019, AiDP launched its membership scheme which was opened to businesses and individuals, aimed at improving industry-wide mentorship and development of workplace talent, whilst providing further leadership guidance on the complexities of improving diversity and inclusion standards.

“GVC is a great addition to our roster of Founding Members,” said Kelly Kehn, Co-Founder of All-in Diversity Project.

“As a multi-channel, multi-jurisdictional industry leader, they bring an unrivalled knowledge and global perspective of the industry that along with a passion to lead and share their best practices will help us take another huge step towards a better more inclusive industry. We are proud to welcome them.”
