ESA Gaming grows team with Maria Luisa Malfasi appointment
ESA Gaming has outlined plans to accelerate the company’s next level of growth after naming Maria Luisa Malfasi as its new Business Development Manager.
Having amassed over 15 years’ experience from the online gambling sector, Malfasi will take responsibility for leading ESA Gaming’s commercial efforts and pursuing strategic opportunities via new partnerships and identifying new markets.
Zorica Smallwood, Director at ESA Gaming, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Maria Luisa to the ESA Gaming family. She has a wealth of knowledge of the industry and will be an invaluable addition to our team as we continue our commercial expansion in a number of jurisdictions.”
Malfasi joins ESA Gaming from iSoftBet where she had a three-year tenure as Senior Account Manager.

“With several promising commercial opportunities in the pipeline and new products in development, it’s an exciting time to join the team.”
The new appointment comes after the launch of ESA Gaming’s EasySwipe portfolio earlier this year.
The supplier’s EasySwipe portfolio, which is certified in Colombia, Italy and Malta, currently features Fruit Staxx and the classics Roulette and Blackjack, which according to ESA Gaming, have been designed to offer additional revenue streams to sportsbooks ‘without disrupting the sports betting experience’.
