SoftSwiss launches new sportsbook project for CricketBet

SoftSwiss has confirmed the launch of a new client for the Indian market, CricketBet, running off its new sportsbook platform

Officially launched in May 2021, CricketBet is now set for a ‘summer of large-scale events’ including the rescheduled Olympic Games and European Championships.

However, the second SoftSwiss sportsbook client for the Indian market after Betjungle will also receive a premium cricket package on top of the standard sportsbook offering.

To accommodate this move into Asia, SoftSwiss has diversified its odds types to include those specific to Hong Kong, Indonesia and Malaysia.

SoftSwiss also recently added new functionality for players through Quickbet, BetCashout, Maxstake and BetBuilder tools, which it hopes will ‘help to further accelerate the overall betting process, making it more convenient for the players’.

Alexander Kamenetskyi, Product Owner of SoftSwiss Sportsbook, said: “We’re thrilled to be deepening our presence in the Indian market and launching our services with a new client like CricketBet.

“This partnership will allow even more Indian players, one of the most engaged cricket fans in the world, to enjoy what our Premium Cricket package has to offer as well as diversify their betting experience with our newly-added betting odds options. We cannot wait to start our betting journey.”

The CricketBet team released a statement saying: “We’re extremely excited to be partnering with SoftSwiss Sportsbook and further extending their presence on the Indian market delivering an exciting, convenient and reliable betting experience to our players.”

“We hope for very long and fruitful cooperation with such a key market player in the iGaming industry like SoftSwiss, with whom we rest assured we’ll be able to maximise our customer satisfaction. We’re excited to be opening this new chapter for and are hoping for a very fruitful collaboration.”

The CricketBet sportsbook deal also comes hot on the heels of those agreed with Oshi and Arlekincasino earlier this month.
