Paxful Launches Bitcoin Educational Center in El Salvador
Large peer-to-peer (P2P) Bitcoin (BTC) platform Paxful is giving the people of El Salvador a helping hand in understanding BTC with the cryptocurrency being legal tender since September last year.
The platform announced on Wednesday the launch of a new educational and training center in El Salvador, “La Casa Del Bitcoin.”
In a push to enable free learning opportunities related to BTC, Paxful will organize educational workshops and talks focused on Bitcoin and financial inclusion in the country. It will work on growing the awareness around the benefits of buying and selling BTC as a means of exchange for the local community hence aiding Bitcoin mass adoption.

Will Hernandez, director of Latin American growth at Paxful, said:
“What we’re witnessing is a moment of transformation in El Salvador. Peer-to-peer platforms are driving adoption in emerging markets, and as a people-powered platform, we understand that education is crucial to the next wave of adoption.”
“La Casa Del Bitcoin” will also provide a place for the ‘Built With Bitcoin Foundation’ office, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing clean water, access to quality education, sustainable farming, and humanitarian support.
