Abios enters into data partnership with Bayes Esports

Abios, a subsidiary of Kambi, will now gain access to real-time data from League of Legends, Dota 2 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournaments after entering into a new partnership with Bayes Esports.

The data from Bayes Esports, which also includes information from tournament organisers such as Lol esports, ESL Gaming, Dreamhack and Beyond the Summit, will be used to power Abios’ esports odds feeds and widgets. This is something which the two companies are confident will give sportsbooks “fast and reliable markets with high uptime”.

Abios explained that the data will “set the foundation” for a range of betting features, including same-game parlays, player propositions and flash markets.

By utilising a revenue-share basis, tournament organisers will tap into the revenue stream through Bayes Esports, enabling the growth of the esports ecosystem as a whole.
