Grid Becomes First Esports Data Platform to Get IBIA Accreditation
GRID Esports, a Game Data Platform and a long-standing partner of renowned gaming companies such as Riot Games, Krafton, WePlay, and BLAST, has received the International Betting Integrity Association’s (IBIA) industry accreditation relating to the quality of data collection and distribution in sports betting. Sportradar and Stats Perform are two firms that have previously received IBIA accreditation.
The GRID was recognized after passing an independent audit undertaken by the eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance (eCOGRA), an organization specializing in the testing, inspection, and certification of online gambling software and systems.
Accredited firms must adhere to the IBIA’s requirements to ensure high levels of accuracy and openness. The standards are divided into three sections: people screening and training, data collection methods, and data integrity and reporting.

It is essential that consumers have confidence in the integrity of the product and of the data supply chain creating that product.”
