Binance Host to New Guinness World Record Crypto Lesson

The largest cryptocurrency lesson in the world was set on Friday, October 7th, at Blockchain Land Nuevo León, Mexico, thereby setting a new GUINNESS WORLD RECORD. Binance, the world’s top blockchain and crypto infrastructure provider and the largest cryptocurrency exchange by volume, hosted a class for 289 individuals.

Binance and Talent Network collaborated to put on the event. Carolina Carnelli, Binance’s Head of Marketing in Latin America, led the attendees through a 50-minute workshop that included an exclusive remote presentation from Changpeng Zhao, Binance’s Founder and CEO.

The lecture began at 10.30am local time and focused on “How Crypto is Changing the World.” Topics covered in the lecture include Web3, blockchain, and crypto, asset kinds and how they function, the benefits of blockchain, and how crypto may contribute to financial inclusion and freedom throughout the world.

Talent Network and Binance underscored their commitment to growing Latin American talent and spreading awareness of Web3 technology, which is transforming industries worldwide. Because Blockchain Land Nuevo León 2022 was a hybrid event (in-person and online), the lesson was also streamed live via the official Talent World app. The number of online participants did not count towards the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS Binance Blockchain Land Nuevo León title.

This is Talent Network’s third GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title, and Blockchain Land’s first. The previous two records held by Talent Network were for the world’s biggest robotics class in 2018 and the world’s largest software class in 2019.
