A Crypto Payments Standard with Coinbase and Primer
Primer, the world’s first payments and commerce automation platform, and Coinbase have announced a strategic partnership that will allow merchants in markets throughout the world to accept cryptocurrency as a normal mode of payment at checkout.
Primer and Coinbase are collaborating to streamline crypto payment acceptance by reducing the numerous unique and fragmented interfaces retailers must construct to accept various payment methods. The difficulties that merchants face in retaining and maintaining bitcoin are eliminated by Coinbase, and the complexity of adding cryptocurrency to their checkout is replaced with a simple, one-click solution by Primer.
Coinbase Commerce, Coinbase’s tool for assisting retailers in accepting bitcoin payments, may be integrated to Primer’s Universal Checkout with a few mouse clicks rather than coding. This means that Primer retailers can now easily and swiftly integrate cryptocurrency payments onto their checkout page.
