Asaa88 grows campaigns in Asia through naming Rivaldo its first ambassador
Asian online gambling firm Asaa88 has scored a partnership with former Brazilian professional footballer, Rivaldo Vitor Borba Ferreira.
In being named the first brand ambassador of the Asaa88, the operator gains advertising rights to Rivaldo for the entirety of its advertising and marketing campaigns in the continent.
“I’m excited to start this collaboration with Asaa88 because they express my great love of football, and I’m looking forward to playing a role in their many plans to publicise the company to current and future players across Asia,” Rivaldo asserted.
Furthermore, Asaa88 highlighted that the partnership looks to ‘strengthen its core values’, representing the company’s commitment and dedication to expanding the brand’s appearance, with Rivaldo often regarded as ‘one of the greatest players of all time’.
The attacking midfielder’s senior career began in 1991, when he joined Santa Cruz FC. He moved to Mogi Mirim in 1992 and to Corinthians in 1993. The respective year, he changed clubs, first to Palmeiras, then to Deportivo. In 1997, he joined Barcelona in a swap agreement with Deportivo.
In five years with Barcelona, he made 157 appearances and scored 86 goals, winning La Liga in 1998 and 1999 and the Copa del Rey in 1998. His other major clubs were Olympiacos in Greece and FC Bunyodkor in Uzbekistan.
