GiG recruits Marcel Elfersy as CCO of Platform and Sportsbook units 

Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has confirmed the appointment of Marcel Elfersy as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), who will oversee the business development of platform and sportsbook units. 

The appointment sees GiG strengthen the commercial capacity of its platform and sportsbook units, which target growth with tier-one partners. An experienced igaming C-level executive, Elfersy is the former VP of Business Development for 888 Holdings (2014-2021). 

Key accomplishments saw Elfersy spearhead “888’s re-entry into the US regulated igaming market along with a successful track record of growing their B2B business, overseeing the Delaware Lottery partnership and the Betbright sportsbook acquisition.”
