Wrexham attacker Jake Bickerstaff becomes the latest addition to the family of UK-based football players sponsored by MightyTips .com as one of the biggest betting analytics portals with over 1 million monthly views makes strides to broaden its audience and create stronger association with professional football.

The 22-year-old from the EFL League Two club is the fifth player signed by MightyTips this season after Blackburn captain Lewis Travis, Cardiff City central defender Dimitrios Goutas, Sheffield Wednesday veteran Liam Palmer, and Huddersfield goalkeeper Jacob Chapman.

These partnerships are part of MightyTips’ mission to extend their reach as a provider of reliable guides and expert tips for the top online bookmakers in the UK.

Who is Jake Bickerstaff

Originally from Liverpool, Jake was part of the Reds’ academy and also played for Wrexham as a youngster before returning to Wales to resume his professional career.
Starting out in the youth teams for Wrexham, he joined Liverpool Academy in 2015 but cut short a two-year stint to return to the Welsh team.
Fast, skilful, and with an eye for goal, Bickerstaff is enjoying a bit of a breakthrough season for the Dragons, having registered two goals in five league appearances.
He was called upon to help cover a serious injury to talismanic Paul Mullin and grabbed his opportunity with both hands.

Who is Wrexham AFC

Established in 1864, Wrexham is the oldest football club in Wales and the third-oldest professional football team in the world. Wrexham were relegated from League Two in 2008 and only returned to English Football League in 2023.

The promotion followed the purchase of the club by the Golden Globe Awards nominee and Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia sitcom producer and director Rob McElhenney in 2020.

Since then, the club has been featured in a popular Welcome to Wrexham documentary and FIFA 22 football simulation video game, becoming the first non-league team to appear in the series.
