Checkd Media appoints Rob Cable as PPC Manager

Sports content specialist Checkd Media, known for its UK affiliate brands Footy Accumulators and The Winners Enclosure, has strengthened its paid media team with the appointment of Rob Cable as Pay Per Click (PPC) Manager.

The appointment is a new role as Checkd Media, the content arm of iGaming media and technology business Checkd Group, looks to scale its internal and external PPC offering, optimising the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns.

In this newly established role, Cable will spearhead the expansion of Checkd Media’s PPC activity in the UK and the US, targeting both Google and Microsoft Ads, focusing on market activity, and using tools to find competitive opportunities.

Before joining Checkd, Cable held various roles across PPC and SEO, joining from MediaCom where he worked on several big accounts with an emphasis on finding a balance between driving volume and finding efficiency.

As well as bringing digital marketing experience, he also has experience in sports news production working as a journalist in California.
