BtoBet recruitment drive continues as Malte Hegeler takes VP Product role
Malte Hegeler has become BtoBet’s latest hire, just under a week days after another senior appointment, taking on Vice President of Product Responsibilities.
His new leadership position will focus on heading the sportsbook supplier’s product team, overseeing product strategy, roadmap and development and driving delivery of its solutions and offerings.
Hegeler joins BtoBet’s senior management team as the brand looks to further capitalise on its growth prospects, having become a subsidiary of NeoGames earlier this year after the latter’s buyout of Aspire Global.

In pursuit of continued growth, BtoBet has initiated a high-level recruitment strategy of late, having only just hired former IMG Arena Sales Director Freddie Bowring last Friday.
Described by a new employer as a ‘consummate professional’, Hegeler has accumulated 15 years betting industry experience, most recently serving as interim CEO of EveryMatrix.
Prior to this position, he ‘contributed significantly’ to EveryMatrix’s sportsbook solutions as Head of Product development for the OddsMatrix sports data platform.
